These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
PRICES:
The prices of all items shown on our website rikkapop.com INCLUDE VAT (21%).
To the prices shown on the articles must be added shipping costs (for more information see the section "shipping costs").
STOCK OR AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS:
At the time of making your purchase, please take into account the availability of each product that we indicate next to the detailed information of the product. If you are interested in a product that at that time does not appear available on our website, please contact us so we can inform you about delivery times and availability.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
In order to make payment easier for the customer and always looking for your convenience, we have several payment options:
Payment by Credit Card: Payments will be made through the Stripe platform, a totally secure payment gateway. You can obtain more information in the following link:
Payment by PayPal: This is an immediate payment method. When you have completed your purchase, select the PayPal option, you will be asked for your credit card number and you will be charged.
Payment by bank transfer: In the payment options, select payment by bank transfer, you will be informed of the account number where you will have to make the transfer. Once the transfer is received, the product will be sent to you.

RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. In case of returns, you will have seven days from the time you received your purchase to return it to us. For a return to be accepted, it must meet the following requirements:
The merchandise must be returned with the original contents and packaging, in perfect condition and perfectly protected. The music albums must not be opened. The goods must arrive within seven days of receipt of the order by the customer. If the return shipment is delayed, María Gabriela Saiz Salazar reserves the right to refuse the return.
The shipment must be sent together with a copy of the invoice.
Once the goods have been received and after checking them, they will be exchanged for another identical item, a voucher to be used at another time or any other item according to the previous agreement between both parties, or if none of the above is satisfactory for the customer, the amount paid at the time will be refunded.
María Gabriela Saiz Salazar, reserves the right to pay a lower amount in the event that the return received does not arrive in perfect condition, with signs of having been clearly used and damaged or that it arrives incomplete.
Please note that by defective product we mean that the items are broken.
Shipping costs for returns for reasons other than the product being defective shall be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs arising from the return of defective product will be borne by Rikka Pop.
